Went for New years with the kids. Loved the pool and hot tub. Small workout room ,but still doable. Decent breakfast for all.
We had a great experience at Gateway Park Hotel. The rooms were great and the service was even better. We stayed as a large group for a wedding. Sadye made sure we had everything we needed and went out of her way to communicate with all of us which we appreciated. We would highly recommend staying here!!
Highly recommend if you are in the area - close to Sioux Falls and shopping, dining, and festivities - great hot breakfast - quiet - nice pool and hot tub.
Very clean and quiet and friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful, prepared by Supreme German Cook Mary! Loved it! Would definitely stay here again!
Best hotel ever. Nice folks, good value, excellent on site restaurant, clean rooms, comfy beds, perfect pool and jacuzzi. Complimentary hot tea and coffee 24/7. Right off highway. If you're looking to stay near sioux falls and you don't stay here I feel sorry for you. Excellent front desk, dog friendly, clean and contemporary. I can't think of even a minor complaint. Wonderful!
Was traveling thru (Sept 28?) and in the pickup with trailer too long. This is a clean, safe, nice place not far off the freeway, secure, well lit but the BEST part of my experience was the excellence in customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and lovely “Elizabeth”. Thank you Gateway Park for being such an excellent employer - otherwise you wouldn’t have people like Elizabeth working for you. She treated me like family and I very much appreciate it
We had a restful, quiet night. Room was spacious and clean. All was good until morning. My husband went down to get coffee and see what they have for breakfast. Turns out, he was a few minutes early. The person working this morning was rude and had unacceptable attitude considering he's working in a hospitality business. Could have been handled differently. There are many hotels in the world and because of this bad attitude we will not consider coming back to this one
Great experience. It was my first time staying at this hotel. I was down there on Memorial weekend for a grad party and my brother and I had a great experience. Room was super clean, and breakfast was great. The front desk guy was amazing and super welcoming. Thank you guys for an awesome experience.
